Please Remove Moderation

Hi Team,

Thank you for having a community forum to provide support and share knowledge.
I do not understand the rationale behind having a moderator to approve posts. I am sure you would understand that it means that any quick communications around the posts are never possible. When people are working in different time zones this is really frustrating. I had a post with a simple question, and I answered immediately. The response is pending for the past 4 days which means that a simple issue may take a long time to resolve.
I appreciate it if you disable this requirement.

We moderate the first X posts otherwise, based on previous experience, we end up with the forum getting spammed - the spam filters don't pick up everything. Once you hit the level of approved posts then it won't ask again as you become trusted.

Sorry for the delay, we do try and respond as quickly as we can, but it depends on how much work we have on and who is free to answer, which has slowed with a number of people being away on holidays.
