how do i model or populate the 'application lifecycle model' on the open source version. would like to view the model on the viewer.

Sorry, it's taken a little while to work this one out. Apparently, this was put in a several years ago as a template for Open Source users to code against, based on a customer request and so the outline was there but the query logic was never added. We decided to keep it in the Viewer, but intentionally disabled it in the baseline repository.
However, speaking to the team, they say it could be quite a useful view and so they will look to get something written, using a more up to date library, but I'm afraid I cannot provide you with a specific delivery date at this time.
