How can I customise the business reference report to show the "purpose" tiers as well? Is there any plans to make this possible?

Absolutely, the ability to customise the views is fundamental to the Essential Viewer.

To do this, you update the View template for this view, which is defined using an XSL document contained in the Essential Viewer web application. All the business-related Views can be found in the 'business' folder of the Essential Viewer application.

Best practise is to make a copy of the out-of-the-box View and save it into the 'user' folder. Make your customisations on the 'user' copy to ensure that any future updates do not impact your change. You can then use the Essential Viewer Report configuration in the repository to connect your custom view to the relevant menus on the hyperlinks.
