HL7 FHIR mapping to information archiecture

Hi All

Has anyone tried mapping the HL7 FHIR structure to Data Subjects, Objects and Attributes?

With FHIR, an attribute can map to one or more data objects and the essential model only appears to support one data object per attribute. For example the Patient data object (referred to as a resource in FHIR) has an attribute called generalPractitioner that can map to either Organization, Practitioner or PractitionerRole data object. Does anyone have any suggestions for linking multiple data objects to a single attribute?
