Hello , It seems my Graphviz installation is OK since I am able to see graph from the sample library. How ever if I create a new Process Flow in Protege and than publish it to essential viewer, the image generated has error message as shown in the attachment. Does any one know what is causing this.

Unfortunately, the attachment you mention isn't there for some reason.

Can you provide a bit more information regarding the bug?

What view are you looking at?
What does the error say?
Do you have a start and end object on your process?
