[Share] Live demo on how to download and install Essential Open-Source Package

Hi all,

Happ New Year! During my past months' experience and practice on Essential open source package, I'd gotten quite a lot help from Essential team and friends here.

Since I really got many problems for making the tool working in my environment (not blaming the tool, but those are naturally happening along my learning curve), now the Protege and remote server's viewer are running smoothly, and we're keep further testing on the functionality while the repository have already serve certain use cases for stakeholder, very nice.

With this clean setup project, I'll proceed to do some more modeling documentation along side from our real EA repository, and will add more for reference in the series when time is permitted.
