This sounds like you have overlapping fields. We have noticed this with some recent changes.
To resolve this, go to the forms tab (if this is not visible then you can enable in the "configure" menu) then drag that either of the overlapping fields to somewhere else on the page.

You no longer need to generate these images. They are no longer used by any views. We will try to remove that option in a future release to avoid confusion.

Yes the whole folder. The folder constitutes a "plugin" which is not used by Essential. This was a plugin developed by the original developers of the open source Protege project.

That plugin is not used by Essential. We will remove that from the download in the next release. In the mean time you can delete the parent folder for this.

Did it fail with an error or just appear to hang?
This step may take any where from 10 mins to multiple hours to run depending on the repository size.
If it hasn't displayed an error then you might want to try leaving this running for a few hours.

My comment (back in 2013) was intended to indicate we would patch the documentation. We did do this as I can see the relevant lines in the View Manual for this view. The Org chart setup is usually a one time setup. Is this something else that you're having to work around.
