A minor release of the Essential Architecture Manager software that includes the latest version of the Essential Widgets, an updated installer and an updated starter configuration for the multi-user server.

Fixes

Essential Widgets

This release includes version 2.5 of the Essential Widgets software, which fixes an issue with 'empty' architectures. For more information about what is included in version 2.5 of the widgets, please see their release notes.

Server Configuration Starter Metaproject

Version 1.3.3 of Essential Architecture Manager also includes a new version (1.1) of the starter project for the multi-user server configuration, metaproject.pprj and its associated metaproject.pins and metaproject.pons. Version 1.1 of the Metaproject is based on the new metaproject ontology that was introduced with Protege 3.4.4 and provides support for the online server administration capabilities. Using the version 1.0 metaproject with a Protege 3.4.4 client or server causes error messages to be reported.

New Features

Essential Installer

The Essential Installer (essentialinstall.jar) has been updated to remove the validation of the install location of the Essential Viewer components. This provides better support for all Java Web Application Server and does not assume use of Apache Tomcat. Users can install the Essential Viewer to any location that best suits the configuration of their chosen Web Application Server.
