Essential Metaproject for Protege 3.4.4 Download

Description:

Version 1.1 of the Essential Architecture Manager metaproject is the starter server configuration project for Protege.

This version replaces the server configuration that is installed by the Essential Installer and includes a starter configuration (but requires you to complete it) for running Essential Architecture Manager in multi-user (client-server) mode. This is based on the default metaproject that is installed as part of the Protege 3.4.4 installation.

The out-of-the-box server startup script, run_protege_server, uses the configuration located at:

• /examples/server

Unpack this ZIP archive and copy the contained files (metaproject.pprj, metaproject.pins, metaproject.pont) to this location and replace the files already located here. If you have updated run_protege_server to load the configuration metaproject from an alternative location, unpack this ZIP archive to that location.

To complete the configuration of your Essential Architecture Manager Protege Server:

• Start Protege in stand-alone mode.
• Open the metaproject.pprj
• Update the location of your Essential Architecture Manager repository project file. See Configuring Protege Metaproject for more information
• Save and close the project
• Start the Protege server, using run_protege_server
